Return and exchange policy

WHAT IS THE RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY OF GREEN REVOLUCIA ONLINE STORE?

We accept products for exchange only if they have not been used, worn or washed.

There is no deadline for product exchanges.

You can try on menstrual underwear or swimwear on top of another pair and if you notice that this is not your size or the model is uncomfortable, you can send the product to Revolucia 4 Ltd., contact person Vera Markova, phone number +359885468845, delivery to Speedy courier office - Plovdiv - Dunav. The delivery must be at your expense.

When we receive the product, we will send you the desired size at your expense. Email us at vera@greenrevolucia.com or send us a message on Viber at +359885468845 to tell us which size you would like us to send you. The same conditions apply if you want us to exchange one product for another of the same value. If you choose a product of a higher value, we will only charge you for the delivery + price difference. If you choose a replacement for a product of a lower value, send us the receipt + the product to be replaced and we will pay you the price difference by bank transfer. Send us an email or а message on Viber (both listed above) with your bank account details - name and surname of the holder, bank name, IBAN, BIC.

If you do not like our products for some reason, we accept returns within two weeks from the date of your receipt. For this purpose, the products should not have been worn, used or washed..

They can only be tried on top of another pair of underwear or swimwear.

The products must be sent together with the receipt to Revolucia 4 Ltd., contact person Vera Markova, phone number +359885468845, delivery to the Speedy courier office - Plovdiv - Dunav. The delivery must be at your expense.

Upon receiving the products, we will send you the refund by bank transfer. Send us your bank account details by email vera@greenrevolucia.com or on Viber at +359885468845. We will need the name and surname of the account holder, bank name, IBAN, BIC.

If you have ordered OrganiCup/AllMatters products and you’ve tried them for 3 cycles but you find them uncomfortable or you need a size exchange, fill in their form not later than one year after the date of purchase.
